I am Kim Harding and I would like to reintroduce myself to the SVE community.   My wife Vicki and I moved to Arizona with our family in 1988 and relocated to SVE in 2013.  I worked in the area of healthcare rehabilitation therapy management for 40 years before retiring in 2015.  I was appointed to fill a vacancy on the SVE HOA Board of Directors in 2016 and was elected to the HOA BOD in 2017 and served as the HOA Treasurer for two years. 

During my tenure as the SVE HOA Treasurer, I worked diligently for the community to enhance the finances of the HOA and to streamline the monetary protocols for the SVE accountant and the SVE Board.  We were able to streamline the monthly financial
reports to provide more clarity and ease in
understanding.  We obtained electronic banking
ability from Chase for the SVE Accountant to deposit checks from the security of her office. We introduced an email attachment check approval for approving invoice payment and allowing the two mandated HOA members to do this from personal emails.  We
reviewed our monthly Chase/ Raymond James Bank balances and when money was not currently needed, invested the bank funds in short term CD’s to
maximize higher interest payments.

I would like to rejoin the SVE Board and work toward maintaining a safe and innovative community that meets the current needs of residents but strives for long range planning to assure future financial
stability, appealing amenities and property value growth.
