The annual dues for 2021 are $632.00.
An extra occupancy assessment shall apply to any Residential Unit if during any part of any calendar year the number of occupants of that residential unit (exclusive of servants of houseguests) exceeds two (RCC&R 10.8). The additional charge is 30% of the annual dues which is equivalent to $189.00 for each person in excess of two per each household. This extra charge is payable at the same time as the annual dues.
Your annual dues can be paid starting December 1, 2020 through January 31, 2021. Dues not paid within 15 days after January 31, 2021 may be charged a late fee of 10% - $63.20. The late fee will be applied to your account (RCC&R 10.10). When paying by mail, please include the invoice with your annual payment to ensure proper recording. If you choose not to use the link below, you may pay your dues by phone (480-380-0106). You can also drop off your payment at the Association mail slot located immediately to the west of the Association's front door. The mail slot is available 7-days per week. DO NOT MAIL OR DROP OFF CASH. Due to Covid, we will not be accepting annual dues payments in the Association office. Please use one of the convenient options as listed above.
