MISSION STATEMENT:
It is the mission of the ACC to serve the residents of SVE in a friendly, courteous and consistent manner; helping them comply with the Guidelines and the
RCC&R’s established by the Sunland Village East Association Board of Directors.
ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMITTEE (ACC)
The Sunland Village East Architectural Control Committee (ACC) consists of community volunteers appointed by the Board of Directors of the Homeowners Association (HOA) and is governed through the Bylaws and RCC&Rs of the SVE HOA. The primary purpose of ACC is to guide residents in the request for updates and modification to the outside of their home and property. Members of the ACC also investigate resident concerns and complaints.
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) meets in the Saguaro Room on Tuesday mornings at 8:30 a.m. during the months of October through May and every second (2nd) and fourth (4th) Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. during the months of June, July, August and September in the Saguaro Room.
It is the responsibility of each Homeowner to request authorization from the ACC prior to making any exterior alterations to their property. By doing so, the Homeowner is assured that planned changes are in compliance with the following ACC Guidelines and applicable SVE RCC&R’s.
To submit an Architectural Change Request Form (ACRF): Please visit your homeowner’s portal or by clicking here. A PDF form can be printed and submitted to the HOA office, or email to support@svehoa.com All exterior changes to a home/property must be approved by the SVE HOA (Sunland Village East Homeowners Association) Architectural Control Committee to ensure compliance with the guidelines established by the community.
SVE APPROVED (EXTERIOR) PAINT COLORS
The approved color palette for Sunland Village East can be viewed on the Dunn-Edwards website www.DunnEdwards.com for homeowner’s convenience.
